Once before, we were in a bit of trouble because someone applied for and was accepted for an UTAU whose creator was here on dA, and the creator wasn't too happy that the RPer hadn't gotten permission first.

When looking for an UTAU, be sure to check if you can contact the creator on dA, because we do NOT want this happening again.

Wow, I had no idea being an admin could take so much work! Manga gave me a to-do list to complete today. I can tell that she and Hankyou need help. Running a club isn't as easy as it looks!
Anyway, I'm dragonfangirl (you can call me Emily if you want, though). I roleplay as Aiko Kikyuune (for now).

UTAU neighborhood weather: light snow, but the ground won't be covered, and it'll stay that way until November 20th.

For those of you who want to join, ~MangaChibehFox has created a few UTAU characters that you can use. Just send a note to her if you're interested.

Also, we will no longer accept using your account for another club. Please don't apply if you're not going to make a new account for our club.

So Manga came up with this idea for a secret Santa event that will start this month so that we'd have plenty of time to finish it. I don't know a lot about it, yet, but it sounds like fun. Is anyone else interested in this idea?

And BTW, some new buildings have been installed in the neighborhood. The neighborhood is kinda like an apartment building of sorts; There are small shops in the neighborhood itself. All of these shops are owned and run by the admins; The employees are altered clones of your beloved admins. LOL.

The buildings that have been installed are:

Failure King [lol, don't ask]; a fast-food resuraunt
Sushi Garden; Traditional Asian dining returaunt
GameStop; Video game store; Sells new and used video games.
Safeway; Grocery store
Barnes and Noble; bookstore
Library; for renting, not buying books.


These buildings are available inside the neighborhood. You can walk down the block to these shops.

THINGS THAT MIGHT AFFECT YOUR RPING
The UTAUloids in this RP do NOT share one huge mansion with everyone. They live in a neighborhood that was specially built for them. Each house is automatically furnished in one room for the first owner, until another roommate moves in. Then, movers come and decorate the new housemate's room before they move in.
Each house is only there once. If YOU cause the accident that destroys your house, you and your housemates will need to raise 8,000 dollars all together to buy a new one. You need to get the money from other members, and the max they can give you is 20 dollars. You can ask the same member for money 3 times and no more.
If someone ELSE or a natural disaster destroys your house, you ARE insured and will be provided a new home. While your home is being rebuilt, you will live with your neighbors, 2 to a room.




APPLYING FOR AN UTAU

For your application, it must go like this:

RULES:
Pairings are allowed, but DO NOT put 'is paired with' in your application. Pairings cannot automatically happen, they must happen in a roleplay.
Please be nice. If you make a religeous joke and someone says they don't like it, please do NOT continue doing what makes them angry. Respect other peoples' pet peeves.
Please be as active as possible. We don't want the club to die!
Don't make the impossible happen, like having your character bring someone back to life or your character knowing something that they couldn't possibly have known. If you do so, you will be warned.
Stay in character as much as possible.
You are allowed 4 accounts. There are more UTAU than VOCALOID, but there's not enough for everyone to have 5. Give smeone else a chance, please.
If you are rejected [which will be rare ogfhsjdkghf] do NOT continue to harrass us. If you failed an application and are rejected, ask what you did wrong. You can try applying again after 4 weeks have passed.
Please be kind to other RPers. Even if the character you use is a jackass, when you RP at least put 'just roleplaying, no offense to your character' in parentthesis [spelling fail OTL] to let the RPer know that you're simply RPing the character and mean no offense in any way.
Using your account for 2 clubs is no longer acceptable. Please don't apply if you don't want to make a new account just for this club.


Giving up accounts
You MAY give up an account to apply for another. Inother words, trading out.
If you are giving up your account, please note us and tell us the password and your reason for giving up your account. If you're giving up because of harrassment, we need to know so we can straighten out whoever's harrassing you!


Harrassment
If someone is harrassing you, please don't start a flame war with them. Do NOT reply to them, send us a note telling who is harrassing you. We will leave your name anonymous if you wish.
If YOU have been warned about harrassing someone, don't be rude to us. It will be assured that you will be reported and banned, plus it just makes a huge chain of hate.
If you were harrassing someone and have been warned, please apologize to the victim immediately. We're supposed to be a family, not a war group.



APPLYING FOR YOUR OWN BUISNESS

Yes, you can apply for your UTAU to have their own tiny shop. These shops are located in a specialized area near the back of the neighborhood.

b) Will your UTAU employ the buisness by him/herself? [No other employees]
c) What time will the doors open? [Morning, late morning, Noon, afternoon, night, late night]:
d) And when do they close?
e)Is the buisness suited to your UTAU's talents and abilities?
